Great leaders don't just build successful chapters—they develop skills and perspectives that extend far beyond their college experience. Phase 4 focuses on helping members connect their leadership experiences within PSE to their future careers, professional networks, and lifelong leadership journeys. Leaders will learn how to leverage the experiences they've gained through PSE, strengthen their personal leadership brand, and maximize the value of the relationships and opportunities available through the organization. This phase challenges members to think beyond their current role and begin building the foundation for long-term professional success.
