Strong chapters are built on strong foundations. Phase 1 focuses on the fundamental elements that every chapter leader must understand before they can effectively lead others. Members will explore the purpose and significance of PSE Ritual, the importance of chapter bylaws, and how successful Executive Boards establish trust, accountability, and healthy team dynamics. By the end of this phase, leaders will understand the structures and values that create a stable, sustainable organization.
